I strive to assist my clients in finding their inherent strengths and learning how to utilize their personal wisdom to find their unique path to healing. Through uncovering these skills, I hope to help them become their own best ally in the ongoing process of healing emotional scars and creating a healthy inner experience for themselves.
As an intermodal expressive arts therapist and licensed mental health counselor, I have over 15 years of experience working with people from all walks of life and all different age groups. Using compassionate listening along with clinical insight and feedback, I aim to develop a working relationship with my clients based on trust, safety and willingness to do the work.
By incorporating expressive arts, which can include visual art, music, dance, writing or more, we can tap into the healing and strengthening qualities of your imagination. I also am clinically trained in DBT, SSP, and a Certified Complex Trauma Professional.
